Shipping Policy and Information
Please read the following carefully to get accurate information on when and how your order will be shipped and an idea of when your order will arrive. Order Turnaround and Delivery
Orders that are received before 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will generally be shipped out within 3-5 business days. We make every effort to ship orders received as soon as possible. However, we do not ship packages daily, and package delivery time begins after it arrives at the designated shipping facility – USPS or UPS. Please plan your orders accordingly.
Domestic packages are guaranteed to be delivered to the destination via tracking by USPS or UPS. Once package has been confirmed as delivered by the carrier, it is the responsibility of the customer to provide a secure delivery address. Packages stolen, misplaced, damaged, or lost after delivery confirmation from USPS or UPS are not the responsibility of the Company and the order will not be replaced or refunded. However, packages are insured for a minimum of $50 through USPS and you may file a claim through them to conduct a more thorough search for your package and if not found, you are entitled to receive the insured amount. Continental US Shipping Options
The Company ships domestically via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Monday through Friday (certain holidays excepted). Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. The default shipping method is USPS Priority Mail service, if a faster shipping option is available it will appear in the shipping menu. You may select one of the faster shipping options when placing your order. The possible shipping options are detailed below.
Alaska & Hawaii Shipping Options
United States Postal Service (AK & HI customers only)
This cost-effective shipping method offers delivery in approximately 2 to 5 business days depending on your location. Please note that we only ship out via USPS two times a week. All packages are insured and may be tracked via delivery confirmation.
UPS Transit Times & Fees
Please keep in mind that UPS does not count weekends, holidays, or the day of shipment in their delivery times. Shipping times are solely based on business days, Monday through Friday. For example, an order shipped UPS 2nd Day Air on Friday will not be delivered on Sunday, but rather Tuesday. If you have a question about shipping please e-mail us at:
UPS Ground packages typically arrive within 4 or 5 business days from the date the package was shipped, but UPS estimates 7-10 business days for delivery. Increased transit times may be experienced during the holiday season. UPS does not guarantee the number of delivery days for ground service.
International Shipping Options
The Company ships internationally via USPS. Please check your country’s rules and regulations regarding the importation of herbal products to ensure that Customs Service and other regulatory agencies will not detain your package. The Company does not take responsibility for packages that are delayed or refused by Customs or other regulatory agencies. Please note that due to rates varying for different destinations, we cannot provide a shipping cost or delivery estimate online for international orders.

USPS International Standard (Canada)
USPS International Standard is the default shipping method to Canada and offers fully tracked delivery.
Return of Defective/Non-Defective Goods Policy
Limited Warranty and Limited Liability
Customer agrees to inspect all products and packaging immediately upon receipt. The Company agrees that it will replace all defective products, when the defects are reported to it within fifteen calendar days of receipt of the product by customer. The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limit to, implied warranties of merchant-ability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company’s liability under the foregoing warranty shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods, or at the election of the Company, the replacement of the goods. In no event shall the Company be responsible for incidental, consequential or special damages.
Return of Non–Defective Goods
All sales are final and returns of Non-Defective goods are generally not accepted. Except for the goods returned pursuant to the Limited Warranty in the above paragraph Limited Warranty and Limited Liability, no returns will be accepted without the Company’s prior authorization, and which returns are subject to a $15 restocking fee. No returns of opened products are accepted. No returns are accepted after 30 days.
All cancellations must be made before goods are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service or sales to anyone.
